Freezing Sessions on VDA 1912 LTSR CU06 from S2S Network

hpeters162

Question

Hello,

we have the following issue.

We are running a Citrix 1912 LTSR enviroment - CU06

We have about 150 users and facing some problems:

Clients who connect via MPLS and S2S VPN facing freezing sessions.

Some freezes every 30 minutes, but after a few seconds it works again.

We are running a sophos XG Firewall. Via SSL VPN it works good.

The branches are connected via 100 mbits MPLS.

We have no connectivity problems.

Windows eventlog shows:

The Citrix ICA Transport Driver connection from x.x.x.x:58288 to port 2598 was unexpectedly closed during its SSL handshake phase.

Our next step is to try to enable - > https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX270870/virtual-desktop-1912-vdi-is-slow-and-freezing-while-using-receiver

Hopefully someone can help.

Thanks

Is there any traffic scanning on the line?  If you turn off EDT so that traffic just runs on TCP does it work better?

Thank you for your response.

The firewall does packet inspection, we did not try this yet
