One of my team worked with Citrix escalation support for a better part of two days.

Traced it to either an Intel or Cisco drive conflict.

Resolution:

"Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Citrix\ICA Client\Engine\Configuration\Advanced\Modules\ICA 3.0"

Look at the string "VirtualDriverEx":

if it has "VDCSCOTM" in the value data, then backup the registry.

Remove the value data

No need to reboot, CWA should launch after that.
