Licensing issue - Citrix

Question

Hello, 

 

I am struggling with the licensing on Citrix.

 

"Trial period has expired" displayed in the Citrix Studio. Citrix License Manager has licenses installed but they don't appear in the studio. The registration of Studio with License Manager is working. 

 

I am attaching the outputs. Can you point me the right direction?

Rado,

 

you need to:

 

1. Log into your Citrix online license portal https://www.citrix.com/account/#/manage-licenses-tool/overview

2. Make sure the CVAD licenses are correctly allocated to your on-prem license server name there. Correct if needed

3. Redownload your license file while selecting to includ ALL allocated Citrix products you are using (pvs, cvad, ...) and import it into your on-prem Citrix licensing tool until you see:

You don't have available licence in your license console. 

Step-1: Get a new licence file.

Step-2: Citrix Licence Manager>Install Licenses> Use download install Licence> Choose a file>Browser>Import

Step-3: Restart  Citrix Licensing service in licence server. 

Step: 4 Check the event id 20736 & 1156
