Citrix Gateway "Cannot complete your request" if session profile has Storefront FQDN

What's in the event logs of the StoreFront server(s)?

 

The only time i've seen this specific message when accessing Citrix through a NetScaler is when the StoreFront server is rejecting the connection from the NetScaler. Have you configured a callback address in the "Manage Citrix Gateways" settings in StoreFront?
