Error when launching application from certain offices. Get Connection Restored error message

Question

I have come across an odd issue and am certain issue is not with the VDA or Workspace App 

 

We have a data centre where all our VDA servers as hosted, we manage our Citrix estate via Citrix Cloud

 

Running VDA build 2209 and Workspace App 2209

 

We have 20 offices in the UK

 

Issue is when connecting from some offices we get an error message after connection is started. The message is "Connection Restored" but the application does not launch

When out of the office and connected via a VPN , the application launches successfully

 

I have Wireshark trace logs from client when trying to connect and unable to determine cause of failure to launch the application. 

 

We are currently speaking with our provider who support our SD WAN and connectivity between the offices
