Question

I have a problem with the macOS in a company

they work if they are connected outside the LAN, if they are inside the LAN it won't work.

In LAN first time I set up the workspaces, it asks me for user & password, once I entered it, it says that I cannot initialize the session. Citrix Workspace cannot connect to the server. Check network.

Funny thing is that the Windows machines work perfect in LAN with Citrix workspaces.

I don't know what else I can check

Hi there.

Yes, I was investigating about that.

I've founded that the server has an auto-signed certificate, but, its key is 1024 and sha-1 hash.

I've read that the suggested length key has to be 2048 or superior, and also, the macOS is restrictive too (it allows from 2048 and higher, also sha-2 hash or higher)

that would be the problem here ? I'm not able to find any kind of log to see this problem

(Notes: The recommended key bit size is 2048-bit. All certificates that will expire after December 31, 2013 must have a 2048-bit key size.)
