Citrix Workplace on Mac - cannot log in

Hi all


I have a Mac, that is running MacOS Ventura 13.01. I have installed the Citrix Workplace and it is asking for the server url as usual. If I enter the server URL, the popup for the username and password does not appear. After waiting a couple of minutes, the error message pops up: unable to communicate with authentication manager service.

If I open the url in a browser, the Citrix connection is working. Also it works on all other Macs with Citrix Workplace.


I tried to reinstall the Citrix Workplace and also deleted the Mac Cache. Did someone had the same problem?
