Users account getting locked, once user Authenticates into Citrix; CVAD 7.15LTSR.



Hi Everyone, 


We are experiencing something peculiar, in our Citrix environment Version, CVAD-7.15LTSR.


Background on the environment.

-We have main parent and child domain. ( example, mydomain.net, and child.mydomain.net ); the full trust between parent and child domain.

-Some users Authenticate into Citrix using parent domain (which was working fine for the last two years), 

-Kerberos Delegation is disabled in storefront.

-The environment has Shared desktops Windows 2016.


Now when users try to Authenticate into Citrix their AD accounts get locked, and we also can't clear disconnected session, unless we restart the servers.


We have looked at the event viewer, nothing that leads to Citrix. the other thing there is no

Gateway configured, we don't have NetScaler.



We don't  know what is causing this. 


If you know where we can start troubleshooting , we would appreciate your help.
