User Disconnections in Director - no exe's running - have to restart via vcenter





We've been encountering an error recently where users sessions are freezing up and it shows no programs running in Director. This doesn't appear to be relating to specific applications and there's nothing glaringly obvious in event viewer. User sessions can't be logged off/disconnected in Director or Studio. The only way of closing down the session is to force reboot the machine via vcenter .


This is only happening on our single user desktops, not shared. We're running 1912 LTSR CU3. Has anyone experienced this before?
