Multiple clicks before app launches

I'm fairly new to mananging our Citrix XenApp environment so any help would be appreciated. In the last couple days I've notice and users have reported that it takes multiple ( anywhere from 2 - 5 times) clicks on any published app before it'll open. Sometimes they'll get this message too "The published resource is not available currently. Contact your system administrator for further assistance." and if they close out of that message box and try to open the app again, it'll sometimes open up or does nothing and you have to keep clicking it until the app opens up. Where can I start to try to troubleshoot this? I've looked in event viewer on the Store Front Server and could not find anything. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
