Session freeze after few hours on 1912 CU6

Since september we have some serious problems with desktop sessions with CVAD 1912 CU4. 


In the morning everything is working fine, but after a few hours approximately at or after lunchtime the sessions on random servers are freezing, but not for all users. If the users close the session and try to reconnect they getting the same freezed session again (somethimes with black screen or grey background. We have to log off the user manually and put the server in maintanance mode, to get a working session for these users again.


Any suggestions whats causing this for us? 


EDIT: we did upgrade from CU4 to CU6 with no improvement
