ConnectWise ScreenConnect within Citrix sessions

I am trying to resolve an issue for my client where they are trying to use the ConnectWise ScreenConnect tool to help train personnel. Currently, they are unable to utilize the screen connect. It appears that the necessary executable for initialization of the ScreenConnect tool is being blocked. How is best to prevent this from being blocked within Citrix so that this utility can work for the client with the Citrix sessions? Please and thank you! Apologies if this is a trivial matter but I am new to Citrix administration.
