Citrix Session Recording not work to record file to Session Recording Store.

Hello,

 

I found some problem about Session Recording not work to record file to store.  I found error at eventlog ID 2069 about Citrix Sessoin Recording Storge Manger. ( Exception caught while creating session recording file.

--------------Exception Details -------------

Message: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.

-----------------------------------------------------------

  I don't know what caused the problem. But the immediate solution is to restart the Session Recording service and it can work normally Anyone know the cause of the problem? in order to prevent future problems  

 

Environment:  Session Recording Server and Agent from Virtual App and Desktop 7.1912
