Citrix Workspace App Desktop shortcuts do not work



Hey there,


my users experience a strang behavior of the desktop shortcuts (published applications), which are created by workspace app. They double click one of the shortcuts and then the busy animation of the mouse cursor is shown; but nohting happens. After some minutes the applications opens. If the user opens the published app via workspace app, the application starts immediately. Sometimes the problem is solved by itsself. Has anyone of you experienced this issue before? Any guesses from which direction this issue comes (DNS-, DDC- or network issues)?
