Cloud Monitor API - Internal Server Error Code 500 and HTTP Protocol error 401 frequently returned.



In the past week we are getting Internal Server Error code 500 and HTTP protocol error 401 Unauthorized errors consistently when trying to use the pull data from the Citrix Cloud Monitor API.  Nothing has changed on our side and this was working previously.  I see others asking this question but not responses.  Has something changed on the Citrix side or is this service just more unreliable than normal?  At this point I cannot use the service to export our Cloud monitoring data into our on-prem database.  Our TAM suggested looking at this site but I am only seeing questions, no answers.
