Session still showed in Studio after logoff

HI @ all,


we're experiencing a strange behavior since LTSR 2203 (appears also on CU1):


Sometimes a User Session keeps in "active"-state even if the user is logged off (No Ghostsession left, User is completly logged off). 

After restarting the BrokerAgent (Citrix Desktop service) the Session disappears from Studio.
As long as this Session is shown as active, the user is not able to login again. 


We've seen this issue on various OS (Win 10 20H2, Server 2016, 2019 and 2022)


Any idea?
