App Launch Problems with Citrix Workspace app on Citrix Storefront

Curious if anyone else is seeing this same problem. I've opened a support case but thought I'd post here as well.

When launching an app via Citrix Storefront (1912 LTSR) using Citrix Workspace app 2209 (also tried 2207 and all the way down to 2006) the first application launches fine. When a second app is launched, it starts to load (Citrix loading bar shows), then the first app temporarily disappears (from the screen and taskbar) and then reappears but the second app never launches. If the first app is closed another app will launch but never more than one at a time. I have already seen the suggestion in this article: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX230666/published-app-fails-to-launch-unless-first-app-in-session. However, all my applications have full file paths.

I've had a user report that this occurs on Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
