Security Prompt for file saving | Citrix Workspace 2209

I've attempted to do just about everything I can think of to attempt to fix this security prompt, it pops up each time we attempt to save a file and it's quite annoying.


  1. I've uninstalled Citrix Workspace and installed the newest version of Citrix Workspace 2209
  2. I've cleared all registry for Citrix.
  3. I've attempted to force access via registry
  4. I've accepted the prompt and clicked do not prompt again (still prompts everytime)


I was going to follow the directions here: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX133565 but the Template download is no longer available.

I can't think of what else to do.


Please help.
