Removing tls 1.0 in sslprofile now gives a white screen at log on

SSL profiles on Citrix ADC did have tls 1.0 and 1.1 enabled on a customer , disabling tls 1.1 and all still works , but as soon as disabled tls 1.0 then you log on to the gateway page and get a white screen , tried some different cipher suites but still same as soon as i tick tls 1.0 it pops back to life again ADC version is 13.0.83.29

That's odd. Usually, you would see SSL errors in case of Cipher-missmatches. Plus, all current browsers support TLS 1.2 and 1.3, so there should not be any issue.

 

Which SSL profile are you using? Would you please post settings here? (or, if you still don't use SSL profiles, which SSL-settings did you enable/disable?)
