M365 stopped activating

We have two delivery controllers and four app servers.

Issue is happening on all four app servers. 



Users in our citrix environment are not able to sign in to M365 apps, like outlook, word, excel. People who were already signed in, they are not receiving emails.


Issue just started couple of days ago. There were no windows updates done or Microsoft office updates were done or no citrix updates/upgrade.


All M365 apps are working locally on PC, issue is just happening in citrix environment


As soon the users tries to sign in outlook, it does take to ADFS page and after entering password on sign in screen, gets error message


Users login to virtual desktop, open m365 apps and gets error. 



"Something went wrong"
