User profile is not complete

Good Day,

 

I am new to Citrix Xenapp, and I am suffering with a problem.

When user sign-in Citrix and open Outlook 2013,  then click on a zoom plugin "schedule a meeting".  it pop up "Please install the zoom client for meeting on your computer."

I found out that user profile in Citrix server is not complete, files in "C:\user\rlee\Appdata\Roaming\Zoom\bin" is missing and the folder is empty, but other files in "C:\user\rlee\Appdata\Roaming\Zoom\data" is complete.

 

I checked the UPMsettings.ini file in rlee profile and "C:\user\rlee\Appdata\Roaming\Zoom\bin" is not in exclusion list.  So i have no idea why the bin folder is empty, while other folder is completely sync.

 

Any help is appreciated ?, Thank You.
