Citrix VDI desktop session not launching with App protection policy enabled

No related logs on the VDA.

 

No error shown. Session launch just says connecting. on the DDC no related error. 

 

Enabled App protection for one DLG where Windows 10 desktop published. after disabling the App protection policy for the DLG able to launch the desktop.

 

CVAD version 2203 LTSR

Citrix Workspace version is 1912

 

Followed below article to configure the App Protection policies. is there anything else needed other than this? Storefront or DDC feature enabled or settings.
