Failed to verify OTP

Hi all,


Need an advise from expert here.

My end customer received below error when try to register citrix SSO. Below is the error appear.




From this error, what I check identify the real problem? I already ask customer to check on their time sync between his device & the phone which the citrix SSO.

Other than that, what area I can check? Appreciate an assist and input from anyone here. Thanks
