Outlook not logging in through Citrix

Question

Nothing has changed that I'm ware of.  Our Citrix Desktop users that use the Outlook2016 app are not able to launch the program.  It asks for a password they put in the password and you get "This Page can't...that's all you can see on the window that comes up.  It appears it is pointing to some url...I'm guessing for login info.  I don't believe it had ever done that in the past even when setting up the user for the first time.
