Twain Scanning Slowness

Has anyone seen an issue with slow twain scanning?


When going through the Netscaler gateway it takes 5 minutes to scan the document after hitting the button.  Twain compression policy has been tested several different ways and is currently off. I also have the WIA service disabled.


Since its working, I think my policies are fine. I'm currently using generic usb redirection on an igel device. Kind of at a loss at this point. 


Twain redirection enabled

Twain compression disabled

USB redirection enabled  (all other USB devices work fine)

Windows 10

VDA 19.12 cu2

Scanner Kodak i940

NetScaler version 13-1 17.42
