Internal users can launch apps via StoreFront website but not via Citrix Workspace

Hi there

 

I have an issue where users are getting these errors via Citrix Workspace (1912 LTSR) but it does not happen when launching StoreFront via a browser (https://). Any pointers please?

 

These are internal users.

 

Translation is: "cannot connect to the server" "check the network and try again".

Does Workspace app get the list of icons? If not, then it's probably an issue with the Internal Beacon. Make sure the internal users can reach the internal beacon.

Yes, the icons populate but OK it seems even via websites don't work either now!! Ignore title. Externally via netscaler the stuff launches fine. I think the client computers cannot reach the VDA ports hmmm?
