Acrobat Print does not print documents at all it print blank.

Hi guys just a question and maybe some have seen this before.

 

We are using Acrobat Reader latest version on Citrix when the user prints it print a blank page .

But before it prints it brings a Popup saying The Document could not be printed and then An error occurred while printing the document.

It only happens on Citrix and only with PDF.

Word excel all print no problem.

 

Out setup is as follows.

Citrix Cloud And our servers running on Azure .

Server 2016

CVAD 7 1912 LTSR CU5

 

I hope some can point me in the right direction.
