CVAD Multisession OS Audio Stops Working

We are running LTSR 1912 VDA on Server 2019 with CWA 2202 on the endpoint. When I initially connect the client default device plays all system sounds from the VDA as expected. After a few minutes it stops working without any indication. Nothing in the event log. If I restart the Citrix Audio Service it starts working again for a short time then stops working again. At the same time Teams audio on the VDA continues to work as expected, no outages at all. It is only the system notification sounds that stop working. We are running Teams optimized so it is redirected to the endpoint so that may explain why it continues when system sounds do no. I expect the path for the two is different.


Does anyone have any idea why this happens or how I can debug this issue?
