Citrix Customer Success Services Expiry Issue

I have installed Citrix CVAD 2203 ltsr components and everything is working correctly. However, when I installed the licenses I encountered the error in the screenshot below.


From what i understood online, is that i need to uninstall then install an older version of the CVAD (like 1912 ltsr). is this the correct solution for this problem or is there another solution?

This solution worked.

Another solution that works is to download CVAD based on the Customer Success Services expiry date. This date always ends one year after the purchase of the license. And it's always on the top of the page when trying to download CVAD components. And since my license is 4 years old, the latest version I was allowed to download was XenApp 7.15 CU3. anything after that required a license renewal.
