1 user is launching a different application in Storefront from all other users

We have 1 store for our company. 1 user launches 1 application and this opens a different application. This is the only app affected, and the only user affected. This is happening on multiple machines, and different OSs (Mac and Windows).  I have had this user add and remove her subscription for this application, and test the application from all apps. This is has been tested in a Web browser and the Workspace client. I am able to open the store with her logged into Windows and the application launches correctly with me logged into the store.  This appears to be a Store issue for this user, but I cannot find anywhere that I can simply reset their account. Does anyone know of a way to reset for 1 user, can this only be done by wiping the entire SF DB?
