No update or de-installation possible: TrolleyExpress.exe crashes


Question

Hello,

 

for some months now I cannot update (by update feature or new installation) or de-install the Citrix Workspace application on my Windows 11 desktop machine, the TolleyExpress.exe process just crashes. I tried to update some of the runtime libraries mentioned in some old support documents with no success. Do you have any other solution I could try?
