Hi,
some of our mac users face issues of incomplete/frozen free floating application windows in seamless applications after Upgrade to OSX 12.3.x and Workspace App 22.04.0.25
It seems quite similar to the Excel bug fixed with 22.01

BR,
Stefan

Hi, Could you provide how to reproduce it?  Any step?

Thanks

Addition:
This issue occurs on:
- MacOS X 12.2+ on Apple M1 Hardware (Workspace App Versions: 22.01, 22.06.0.x, 22.06.1.x)
- MacOS X 12.2+ on Intel Hardware with MultiMonitor Setup (Workspace App Versions 22.06.0.x, 22.06.1.x)

It does not occur on:
- MacOS X 12.2+ on Intel Hardware with MultiMonitor Setup (Workspace App Version 22.01)
- MacOS X 12.2+ on Intel Hardware with Single Monitor Setup (Workspace App Versions 22.06.0.x, 22.06.1.x)

We did further tests ourselves.
The issue occurs only with multimonitor setup with seamless applications up to version 2206.1

On current technical preview universal build the complete hangs in multimonitor setups are resolved, but:

Application does not receive mouse klicks on some of the free floating "modal?" windows of InDesign.

But there is a workaround. Maybe it depends on your keyboard layout. With a german keyboard layout you can "emulate" the mouse clicks in "frozen" windows by pressing "j" for "Ja/OK/Yes", "n" for "Nein/No"

Hi Citrix Multimonitor still broken on 22.08

any intentions to fix this? Or shall we give the monitors to the recycling center on go back to single monitor usage....

Yes, I am "slightly" annoyed. As well are our users. Btw Citrix customer since 2003....

Does anybody @citrix want to give a statement?
Shall I tell our contractors to buy a windows PC instead?
Is there any intend to fix it? Any ETA?
The longer we need to wait the bigger the issue becomes as most contractors switched to a yet supported version of MAC OS X which are not compatible with WA 22.01

Currently the only option for them to do their work is a single monitor setup, which is a major pain for graphic driven workflows.
