2-1 Touchscreen pens aren't responsive with Bluebeam


Our clients use Dell 5310 2-1  thin client laptops with Citrix Workspace.   We are a an AutoCAD environment and users are on Bluebeam Revu 2020.    We have have a recurring issue that clients can't use touchscreens with the Bluebeam application, specifically pens.   Most clients are running 2112 and the latest version of Workspace.    Any ideas of settings to play with?
