Bot Signature update

Question

When we trying to access the Bot Signature update URL, https://nsbotsignatures.s3.amazonaws.com/BotSignatureMapping.json we are noticing that signature update is getting failed and not able to access the Global update URL.

We have configured a proxy server and surprisingly whenever we are trying to hit the update URL, the request was not observed on Proxy server and even the request was not coming out of the device itself. 

 

Today I noticed that while checking on developer tools that when NetScaler tries to access the file "filename:updated_bot_signatures.json" on the path /nsconfig, the file was not present on the device itself.

 

Anyone can help whether this is the reason that we are unable to update the Bot signatures. And where can I get the same file again since it is not available on device. 

Also as per my finding, I am suspecting the issue started after firmware update to 13.0.83.29

 

We do have Bot license available and it was a working model feature till before few month ago.
