Blackbaud Raisers Edge keeps freezing and crashing after it's launched - the problem may be with the Citrix Workspace App

Blackbaud Raisers Edge database view suddenly began freezing/crashing last week.  The issue may be the Citrix Workspace App that is used to launch it.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled Citrix several times but the issue keeps happening.  I have to keep terminating the Raisers Edge program and then restarting.  I frequently receive window pop ups from Citrix indicating the app is disconnecting/reconnecting as per the attached screenshot.  Blackbaud reps seem to have no idea what's going on.
