Avaya Softphone

For anyone that is running an Avaya softphone in a XenApp environment, can you tell me if you are doing this using the Avaya Desktop Agent or another piece of software.  We are trying this with the Desktop Agent and getting no audio.  The Avaya documentation is confusing, and we are trying to determine which software works in a Citrix environment.   I don't have access to contact Avaya at the moment.
