Hi,

 

Is your Teams app up-to-date? and Optimization enabled? 

 

Teams has a list of approved headsets for better experience.

Though my headset is not listed there, but it works fine with Teams in Citrix. You can try another headset to isolate whether it is headset compatibility issue in Teams or something else.
