Fatal Citrix Gateway Protocol Error

Users are receiving the error intermittently.  We are connecting with the IGEL thin client, but I don't think that is the issue.  Upon looking at the Dashboard - System Log on my ADCs, I see a few entries which concern me.   There are 2 Service Groups that went Down and then Up (Flappin?g it seems) for about 10 minutes.  During this time was when users experienced the issue this morning.  For each of the Service Group, it appeared that only 1 of the member servers was actually reporting "Up and then Down".  This is the Service Group that has our StoreFront and Director installed.


Does this seem like a likely culprit, or should I start looking elsewhere to troubleshoot?

More info. So maybe my theory was wrong. I just received error again and do not have a corresponding ADC error in the System Log. Does ANYONE have a clue about this Fatal Citrix Error??
