Citrix randomly disconnecting Monterey IOS MacBook

I'm not sure this is the right forum. My accounting package moved to the cloud and requires Citrix workspace. I have a brand new MacBook Pro running the latest Monterey IOS.   My connection just randomly drops. Sometimes a few times in a row, and sometimes after an hour or more.  The accounting software support suggests I not use WIFI, but that's not feasible for me.  I tried a test direct wired and it didn't seem to be any better.  They have given up. All their users are windows users and they don't have this issue.  I am one of very few with a MacBook, so no one is really reporting problems as much as I am.  so frustrating!...
