Troubleshooting Help

Hi.  Looking for some suggestions on how to troubleshoot an odd issue.  I've googled, but...nothing really came up.  Here's the details:

I've got a SSL VIP that is pointing to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3000.  Everything works perfectly except for our mobile clients.  It basically flaps from connecting / disconnecting.  Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?  Apologies, fairly new at ADC.  Thanks.
