unable to create new active directory accounts ( Citrix cloud on Azure)

I am using Citrix cloud on Azure.

I am trying to create a Machine Catalog , when I select On-premises Active Directory , Create new active directory accounts, unable to click NEXT because its not enabled ( grayed out). Please find the screenshot as attached.

When I select use existing active directory accounts, i have created two computer accounts in active directory and i am able to add but after entering credentials "Your credentials did not work. Please try again" error.


Please help.
