[Cannot connect to server] on MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2 using Citrix Workspace App 2201

When I try to connect from Mac OS to my virtual Windows machine I am getting [Cannot connect to server] error due to socket error 10035 as follows -

Please could you help me find a way through it?




It has just been fixed. It was a server side issue all along. I installed different OS's, tried every permutation of versions and configurations of the components involved but none of it actually mattered. Something was broken on the server side and it was eventually sorted out by sysadmins.
