[Cannot connect to server 127.0.2.1] on MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2 using Citrix Workspace App 2201

Alex Miroshnikov

Question

When I try to connect from Mac OS to my virtual Windows machine I am getting [Cannot connect to server 127.0.2.1] error due to socket error 10035 as follows -

~/Library/Logs/Citrix Workspace/Citrix Workspace_***.txt

proxwrap.c | 1098 |       PROXYrecv | TC_PROXY |     TT_API3 | PROXYrecv: s=886195863, len=1460
proxwrap.c | 1101 |       PROXYrecv | TC_PROXY |     TT_API3 | PROXYrecv: Not a proxied socket. Passing downstream.
proxwrap.c | 1116 |       PROXYrecv | TC_PROXY |     TT_API3 | PROXYrecv: [SOCKET_ERROR] rv=-1, errno=10035

Please could you help me find a way through it?

PS:

It has just been fixed. It was a server side issue all along. I installed different OS's, tried every permutation of versions and configurations of the components involved but none of it actually mattered. Something was broken on the server side and it was eventually sorted out by sysadmins.
