Service Continuity in Citrix Cloud

My company is a recent adopter of Citrix cloud and I recently completed migrating our on-prem environment to Citrix Cloud.  While Citrix Cloud has been very reliable we have witnessed a couple of brief outages over the course of the last ~8 months.  With that in mind, we are interested in turning on Service Continuity.


I'm looking for anyone that might have their opinions of it,  Are their any  risks in turning that on and is it really just as easy as switching it from Disabled to Enabled ?


My company's security team has reviewed it and has OK'd that we use it but I just want to make sure there's no gotcha's before implementing.
