Citrix Workspace App on Mac mini

Hi.

 

I hope somebody can help me because I am not able to work with Citrix on my Mac mini M1. The problem is always the same. I do get into Citrix but a few seconds later it kicks me out.

My first thought was that it might be caused by Mac OS since I am using Monterey 12.3. I downgraded to Big Sur 11.6 but this did not help.

Then I found out that my keyboard was not Mac-proof. I am using a Logitech MK470. When I use an USB Keyboard and Mouse the problem stays the same.

I have tries both times with Safari as well as Chrome. No result.

My current setup;

Mac mini M1 with Mac OS 12.3.1

Workspace App 2203

Logitech K120 Keyboard

One LG 4K screen.

Because this is a BYOD the company helpdesk will not help.

 

I really hope somebody understands the problem and can support me.
