Error when accessing citrix gateway

Question

Hi all... Need some opinion here related some of issue user got failed error when try login to citrix gateway which is it stated "try again after some time". 

 

Currently, customer using using 2fa method which from ID authentication from AD and generated token from citrix SSO...

 

My question is

 

1) if let say, time btween user endpoint and her phone that he installed citrix Sso not sync, can it cause the above issue?
