FSlogix O365 container multisession access

Question

Hello,

since some versions before, fslogix does not support multisession support on O365 container for Outlook OST. Some of our users using 2 sessions (2 DeliveryGroups / not on the same RDS).

Before the current FSlogix release they could open Outlook on both sessions. A new vhdx was created and after a little while Outlook started on the second session. But since some updrades
Outlook does not start on the sesond session when it is already open on the first session.

We are on 2203 LTSR running on Server 2019. Outlook is Office 2019. We are using UPM profiles as well for all other profile things.

FSLogix is 2.9.8111.53415.

I'm not sure if it has come with one of the FSlogix updates or with an ms update.

I've run through any documentation - and yes access-mode is 3.

Hope there is someone who can help me.

Thx jens

Seems that this GPO setting does not exists anymore with newer versions:

This one has to be enabled to make it work:

Also you have to set access mode to 3:

And at least we have to remove the whole regkey of the users once:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook

After that, Outlook can be opened in various Citrix sessions multiple.

Hope it helps.

After that

To verify your setting, here are the regkeys set via GPO:
