Security Analytics Notifications

We are working with Security Analytics now for a few weeks and we can not get the email notifications to work.  The portal indicates the emails have been sent, but we do not get them  We have checked all folders and logs so it seems like Citrix is not sending the emails.

Same issue. documentation indicates emails should be received from "security-analytics@citrix.com", we are able to receive other alerts from citrix.com for cloud services (mas, adm, citrix cloud etc). We also are not getting the weekly notifications that should com from "donotreplynotifications@citrix.com" but receive plenty of other messages from that address, just none from analytics.

Raising case with support, will update with any findings.
