Netscaler crashes when session reliability is enabled

Hello,
we currently have the problem that our netscaler crashes when session reliability is enabled in the storefront.
It worked for a while, but since few days it just won't work.

In netscaler DTLS is enabled, HDX Adaptive Transport is set to Preferred. In the firewall all required ports are open.

If we disable Session reliability the connection works without problems, but then we only have the TCP connection.

We are using CVAD 1912 LTSR CU5 on Win Server 2016.

Netscaler NS13.1 17.42.nc

The following is the log on the netscaler:

I can't see the article anymore either.
The crash is only triggered with the Workspace App from version 2203. Therefore there was a rollback to 2202 at Citrix.

Since we can't control the Workspace App version (BYOD) we had to temporarily disable EDT Insight as described in the article.

View current EDT Insight status: nsapimgr -d allvariables | grep edt
Disable: nsapimgr -ys enable_ica_edtinsight=0

The command must also be entered in rc.netscaler so that EDT Insight remains disabled after a reboot.

Citrix has said that there will be a netscaler update soon with a fix so you can enable EDT Insight again.
