Can't connect to WEM through Cloud connector

Hello. Have had this case open at Citrix support for 3 weeks. I can't bee the only one with this issue


* Install a machine with a cloud connector

* Connect to the WEM backend with the WEM agent on any computer - no issues

* After a couple of minutes Citrix automatically updates my cloud connectors

* Now no WEM agent can connect any more


Have repeated the issues over and over again


Any suggestions?

How is your set-up? We use Citrix Cloud with Azure. 3 cloud connectors placed in azure and in Citrix cloud we use CVAD and WEM. Agent is installed through VDA installation (option). VM’s are connected in WEM and connectors aren’t triggered in the process.
