Copy and paste



Recently we see a lot of questions from our customers where they have lost the copy and paste function between client and citrix session. 

we have identified that it´s not tied to Workspace app version or VDA or Citrix infrastructure. Both Cloud and on prem customers are affected.


also, if using the HTML5 client it will work if you establish the session from the browser.  open a disconnected session in html5 started from workspace app has a similar issue. 

Currently we are investigating if the problem is related to windows patches. 


if anyone experience the same issue. Please give me a heads up. We have an ongoing case with citrix, case #81069061
